Health Plans – Contour employees can choose from three different health plan options including our flagship Health Savings Account plan with low premiums and company matching funds deposited directly into your own Health Savings Account! Contour employees can reduce their taxable income and accumulate funds in their account to pay for medical, prescriptions, dental, and vision expenses. United Healthcare provides the best medical provider network, deep discounts, and quality claims payment for you and your family.
Contour also offers a Health Reimbursement Account plan with low copay “first dollar” prescription coverage and an annual employer contribution to your account as well as a traditional “copay” health plan.
Our dental and vision plans offer both in and out-of-network benefits, giving you the choice to stay with a favorite dentist, orthodontist, or optometrist.
401k – Save for retirement with Empower and get a company matching contribution of 50% on the first 6% of compensation, up to $2,000 maximum match.
Our disability insurance options insure an employee’s paycheck should an employee become unable to work. With low premiums, our short-term disability insurance can cover a disabled employee for up to six months. Because Contour pays the Long Term Disability premiums of all employees who purchase Short Term Disability an employee can receive payments through their normal retirement age if they become unable to work.
Supplemental insurance products round out our benefits program with Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospitalization insurance available through Aflac. These plans help pay for expenses during illnesses or injuries.
Contour pays for $25,000 in terms life insurance for each full-time eligible employee and each employee can purchase up to $500,000 more.
